We make every effort to display our products, colours, measurements and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings. Small differences in measurement may also occur due to manual measurement.

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update product prices, promotions and discounts without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Orders

An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed or verified.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Contact number
  • Delivery address
  • Product colour and size selection

We may cancel or reject an order where:

  • Payment is unsuccessful
  • The item is unavailable
  • Incorrect product or pricing information was displayed
  • The order appears fraudulent or suspicious
  • The delivery information is incomplete or invalid

When we cancel a paid order, we will contact the customer and arrange the appropriate refund.

6.Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may include:

  • FPX online banking
  • Credit or debit card
  • Approved electronic wallets
  • Manual bank transfer, when enabled

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Additional verification may be required by the customer’s bank or payment provider.

For manual bank transfers, an order will remain pending until the payment has been verified.

7.Promotion and Discount Codes

Promotional codes must be entered during checkout before payment is completed. They cannot be added after an order has been confirmed.

The FIRSTNAYYA promotion:

  • Gives RM10 off an eligible first purchase
  • Is limited to one use per eligible customer account
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot normally be combined with another promotion unless stated otherwise
  • May be changed, suspended or ended without prior notice

We may cancel a discount where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, duplicate-account activity or fraudulent use.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be processed within [insert processing period, for example 1–3 working days], excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times:

  • West Malaysia: RM 8
  • East Malaysia: RM 14
  • Singapore : Approximately RM25, calculated at checkout
  • International delivery: Calculated at Checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, peak-sale periods or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be borne by the customer.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Exchange Policy.

Customers should read that policy before placing an order. Approval may depend on:

  • The reason for the request
  • The condition of the item
  • The period within which the request is submitted
  • Product availability
  • Whether the item has been worn, washed, altered or damaged

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that customers may have under applicable Malaysian consumer-protection law.

10. Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after receiving it.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within  3 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs or video
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the parcel and shipping label

Do not wash, alter or wear the item before contacting us.

11. Size and Fit

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before purchasing.

Measurements are provided as a guide and may vary slightly due to the design, fabric and manual measurement. A change of mind or incorrect size selection may not qualify for a refund unless permitted under our Return & Exchange Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, videos, product designs, text, logos, graphics and branding, belongs to NAYYA Studio or is used with permission.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, edited, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

13. Personal Information

Personal information submitted through the website will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act regulates the processing of personal data in commercial transactions.
