Size Exchange
We allow size exchange within 5 days after receiving your order.

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be intact
  • Item must not have makeup stains, perfume, or damage

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Clearance & sale items
  • Worn or damaged items
  • Items without original tags

How to Request Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / DM with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for exchange
  3. Wait for our confirmation
  4. Ship the item back to us

Shipping

  • Return shipping is born by customer

Defective Items

If you received a defective item, please contact us within 3 days with clear photos/videos.
We will arrange a replacement if verified.
